About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical/Tele RN Specialist to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in an acute medical surgical unit with some tele patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, utilizing Epic EMR system for documentation and communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telenursing, with preference given to candidates with travel experience.
  • Active AHA BLS certification required.
Work Environment

Our 40-bed medical-surgical unit is designed to provide a dynamic and supportive environment for both patients and staff. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6 (flexible to 7), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a collaborative setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including:
