Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the professional support staff
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current licensure and board certifications
- Contribute to team effort by fulfilling on-call duties and hospital hours, if applicable
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Board Certification/Recertification (preferably) or Board Eligible in Specialty, Internal Medicine, Family Practice
- Completion and maintenance of annual CME requirements for licensure
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice medicine in Arizona
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years' experience in Medical Practice
- Experience in a group medicine practice setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
