Job Title

Almighty Cooling & Heating LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with industry standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The technician will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, HousecallPro
  • Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screens, and DMV checks
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual
Benefits
