RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $115,000 per year.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide our development teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and Guide Teams: Lead daily Scrum meetings, facilitate Sprint Planning, and ensure that Agile ceremonies are followed.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team productivity, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain Productivity: Act as a Servant Leader, ensuring the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working on Scrum teams.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
