Seaboard Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our animal production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with equipment and systems.
- Install, inspect, and test equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Weld and fabricate equipment and structures as needed.
- Work closely with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree or greater, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and work orders.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
