Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials and educational products for USA-IRL staff and faculty
  • Revise and update existing training materials to ensure compliance with TRADOC regulations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training content
  • Utilize ADDIE process to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training products
  • Prepare training materials for both resident instruction and distance learning
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Post-graduate academic credentials or professional certification in spiritual care, religious support, or chaplaincy
  • Experience working with automated training scheduling databases such as ATRRS
  • Knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process
  • Experience with course validation process IAW TRADOC regulations
