About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at the Centene Community Center in Maryland Heights. This is a part-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the building and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily cleaning duties, including public spaces, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
  • Operate various equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, blowers, vacuums, and other tools necessary for the job.
  • Assist with event setup and teardown, including tasks such as trash removal and resetting facilities.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager/Supervisor to receive assignments and review daily progress.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 18 years old minimum age requirement.
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an hourly wage of $16 and benefits for part-time employees, including a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
