Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement analytics solutions
  • Contribute to the development of strategic direction and goals for the company
  • Oversee the maintenance and creation of BI systems based on existing architecture and environments
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize new data sources and analytics needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with business and/or technology users in the area of business intelligence and data warehousing
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) preferred
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, business, economics, finance, statistics, information systems, data science, and analytics)
  • High degree of professionalism and self-motivation
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience working with and contributing to a large BI and Analytics platform
  • Experience writing advanced SQL queries
  • Excellent executive facing communication skills coupled with a strong track record of driving value for a business
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues
  • Ability to drive estimation and assessment work with a high degree of repeatability and accuracy
  • Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning concepts preferred but not required
