Key Responsibilities
Provide general information to visitors and respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Process financial transactions, oversee facility scheduling, and manage membership sales
Maintain accurate records and files, and develop reports on program participation and facility rentals
Assist with opening and closing procedures, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid VA driver's license required
Basic math and computer skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work cooperatively with others
Work Environment
This is a part-time position, working Mondays - Fridays, 4:00pm - 8:00pm, and alternating Saturdays from 9:00am - 3:00pm. The work environment is primarily indoor, climate-controlled, and pleasant, with occasional outdoor duties for special events.
Essential Physical Activities
This position requires the ability to stoop, walk, hear, see up close, talk, stand, and perform finger movements, with typical weight handled up to 50 lbs.
