About the Role:

Job Description:
  • Provide direct care and treatment to patients, exercising custody and supervision consistent with nursing care and special treatment plans.
  • Perform routine hospital tasks involved in patient care, including first aid, housekeeping, and minor treatments.
  • Collaborate with professional staff to contribute to treatment planning and quality assurance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A working knowledge of patient care practices, including first aid, housekeeping, and minor treatments.
  • The ability to effectively apply knowledge to care for patients.
  • The capacity to recognize the uniqueness of each patient and apply principles of preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative care.
  • Sufficient education to ensure the ability to read, write, and speak English.
