Job Description

URS Agents, LLC is seeking a Technology Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project coordination team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects with internal and external team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for technical support and project suggestions
  • Acting as a liaison between our local office and IT/Programming departments
  • Establishing, implementing, reviewing, and updating ticket orders through our ticketing system
  • Maintaining our online project management tool to allocate project information for workstreams
  • Creating comprehensive test plans and scenarios to troubleshoot implemented processes in software applications
  • Fostering communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and executives throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensuring that project outputs meet the desired quality level
  • Managing change requests
  • Providing oversight of software applications to ensure compliance with design standards and providing final review prior to going live

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or IT preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Computer literacy in various applications, including project management tools and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with PHP, Python, ASP, and MySQL preferred
  • Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com preferred
  • Ability to work well with deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with great organizational skills
  • Experience in IT a plus
  • Experience in Accounting a plus
