Job Summary

The Patient Care Assistant Specialist will provide patient care within regulatory requirements, perform non-patient related tasks to support the department and staff, and maintain a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful as a Patient Care Assistant Specialist, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • 1 year of recent relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a demanding work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to retain and apply new knowledge and skills
