Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Wine Wholesale Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company revenue. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate sales team activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Track results and trends regularly to inform business forecasting and decision-making.
  • Report on team and individual performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and establish new partnerships with potential clients to expand our customer base.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager with a successful team management background.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience with data analysis.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Wine knowledge and sales background with a passion for wine and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and selling wine with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
