Job Description:
  • Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field: A genuine passion for caring for others is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement.
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles: Physical and mental ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
