About the Role: As a vital member of the HR team at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Employee Support: Assist new hires in navigating our onboarding process, providing guidance on benefits and company policies.
  • Data Integrity and Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Participate in various HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Policy Review and Compliance: Collaborate with HR leadership to review and update policies, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Employee Termination Process: Manage the employee termination process, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles or similar functions.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
