Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation also includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, and paid time off, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Description

The Mitigation Manager will lead the Mitigation department to ensure mitigation resources are deployed in a timely and effective manner to provide customers with the highest level of care possible in property emergency situations.

This role requires significant coordination with other functional leaders within the business to ensure the team is always providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the successful performance of water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, tarping, board up, and floor cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and focus on meeting client needs.
  3. Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  4. Be a great representative of our brand and maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  5. Maintain communication with clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions.

Requirements

  • Dedication to customer service and ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English and valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Previous leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry.
  • Certification in restoration or related field preferred (e.g., IICRC certified).
