Marlin Bay Resort & Marina is seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks, including preparing dockage agreements and checking guests in and out
- Providing concierge services, including tours and communication with dock staff
- Coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Working the Ship Store and assisting with Front Desk duties
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid Florida Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
