Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with treatments ordered by physicians, performing select clinical duties, and interviewing patients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with examinations and treatments of patients under physician supervision.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records.
  • Order and stock supplies as needed.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire required.
  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical Assistants with at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Phlebotomy are strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must be willing to float to clinics in Brown Deer and Mequon.
