We are seeking an experienced Machining Engineer to join our team at Brandstrom Instruments Inc. in Ridgefield, CT.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate Star Turning Centers and Datron Milling machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and upper management to ensure smooth production and quality control.
  • Train and manage employees to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain and improve machining equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
  • Proficiency in G-code programming and machine setup.
  • Strong knowledge of materials science and machining processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
