Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan with 100% match, and education assistance programs.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the PACU/Recovery Room during designated shifts. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions between departments and provide individualized care to each patient.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the PACU/Recovery Room.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
  • At least one year of experience in a Recovery Room setting, preferably with charge experience
