Hotel Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team at HHM Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage guest accounts, handle customer complaints, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and available.
  • Process incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings, and answer questions about guest needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations and provide excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
