About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our Popeyes' family.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items: Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings and brand initiatives, ensuring a confident and knowledgeable service experience.
  • Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations: Optimize service delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture of Popeyes: Uphold the values and principles of our brand, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
