Youth Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Youth Clinician to join our team in the community based adolescent treatment program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and families providing clinical mental health and substance use treatment interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for youth participants and their parent/caregiver using the Adolescent-Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA) model.
- Provide ACRA training and coaching to youth and parent/caregiver on skills such as relapse prevention, sobriety sampling, rapport building, and motivation.
- Conduct home and community-based interventions with youth participants and their family members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure adherence to best practices and trauma-informed care.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Psychology.
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) certification or Licensed Eligible Clinician status.
- At least two years of experience working directly with youth and families providing clinical mental health and substance use treatment interventions in a community setting.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
