Job Description
Clinical Psychology Role Overview
This role will be responsible for providing direct clinical intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The successful candidate will have expertise in psychological testing, evaluation, services, reports, and expert testimony in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provides direct clinical intervention services to individuals, couples, families, and groups
• Conducts psychological testing, evaluations, and assessments
• Develops and implements treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborates with psychiatrists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment programs
• Attends case conferences and participates in multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and goals
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of client records and treatment plans

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution

Licensure/Certification:
• Licensed Psychologist in the state of West Virginia or eligible for licensure

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical psychology settings

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
This role will be based at our hospital in Charleston, West Virginia, and will involve working in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals.
