We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician to join our team at AmplifyBio, a leading contract research organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in the field of biostatistics.

AmplifyBio is a pioneering company that provides comprehensive services for discovery stage R&D work, preclinical CRO, and manufacturing services for cell, gene, and mRNA-based therapeutics. Our state-of-the-art analytical laboratory features molecular and immunological assays that assess critical safety and efficacy indicators for cell and gene therapies.
Job Description:- Data Analysis Expertise: As a Biostatistician, you will develop methodologies and analyze data to support pre-clinical research and development, making predictions and drawing meaningful conclusions from results.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will collect and collate internal data, consolidate numerical data into databases, and provide concise data interpretation in written reports and verbal communications with internal partners and external clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Outline best practices for data analysis for nonclinical studies, comply with regulatory requirements, including formatting for IND filing with the FDA.
- Education: MS or Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics with on-the-job experience as a Biostatistician.
- Experience: At least five years of experience with mainframe and/or PC databases, document processing, and statistical software such as STATA, SAS, R, and S-Plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate internally and with clients.
- FDA Regulations: Demonstrated understanding and insight into statistics, and relevant FDA regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
