About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist to lead our youth-focused mental health services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients aged 2-18 years old. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional patient outcomes and build trust within our community.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide outpatient treatment for children and adolescents, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans* Conduct up to 16 appointments per day, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage patients and families* Participate in call and rounding rotations, ensuring seamless coverage and excellent patient care* Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric psychiatry

Requirements
* Minimum two years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber, with a proven track record of working with children and adolescents* Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavioral health, and pharmacology* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion* Board certification in Psychiatry or eligibility for board certification within one year* Current licensure in the state of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
