Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Clinician to join our residential treatment team.

Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Responsibilities: As a Residential Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical case management services to clients, including risk assessment, safety planning, and case management.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensuring that all client services are documented accurately and timely in our Electronic Health Record system.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, licensure eligibility, and a valid driver's license. You should also possess excellent communication skills, organization skills, timeliness, and the ability to work effectively with others.
