About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Net2Source Inc.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Job:

The successful candidate will administer benefit programs according to company policies and regulations, managing day-to-day operations of assigned benefit plans and serving as a subject matter expert. This role requires collaboration with HR, HRIS, payroll, IT, and third-party providers to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective benefit strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of benefits regulations (COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125) and ensure adherence.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing their benefit-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate benefits information and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
