Certification and Licensure Requirements

As a CT Technologist at Ozarks Medical Center, you will be required to hold current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additionally, you must possess a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certifications are also required. Furthermore, you must have a valid Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification and a National Tech Cert Verification. A HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement and State License 1 Verification are also necessary. NURSYS Verification for RN, LPN/LVN, and AP is required, as well as Pass/Fail Testing for EKG and Medication. A Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam and Competency Exam are also necessary.

Job Details

This is a 13-week contract position with a start date of ASAP. The shift dates/schedule are 12p-10:30p, with rotating weekend call required. Floating is not required. The license required is only ARRT (CT), and certifications required are BLS and CPR. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Tech is necessary. Helpful skills include experience with Canon CT machines and Meditech. The unit scrub color is Royal Blue.

Schedule Information

The shift dates/schedule are 12p-10:30p, with rotating weekend call required.
