As a pediatrician with SCPMG Meetings and Events (KPSymposia), you will have the opportunity to transition to a partner/owner of the organization after three consecutive years of full-time employment (six consecutive years of part-time employment). This will provide you with increased benefits, including compensation, retirement, and life insurance, as well as voting rights on organizational decisions.
