Job Title: Zone Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zone Sales Manager to lead our team of Market Sales Leaders in achieving distribution, sales, merchandising, and promotional targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the zone business strategy, including marketplace deployment of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with outside stakeholders, including retailers and Independent DSD Partners, to navigate complex distribution models and market trends.
- Assess market needs and deploy resources to address business issues and demands.
- Utilize iPad business applications to provide up-to-date information on business trends.
- Train, coach, and develop new Market Sales Leaders on processes and best practices.
- Identify and implement growth strategies for infrastructure opportunities.
- Deliver gross revenue targets and contribute to ACV display gains in key accounts and region geography.
- Establish strong selling relationships with key retail customers and divisional leaders of top retail accounts within the zone.
- Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing Market Sales Leader team that effectively impacts store execution results and promotes positive IDP engagement and culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of DSD Sales experience.
- Prior management experience required.
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) route to market, warehouse experience a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and effective team member.
- Experience with technology and ability to learn iPad business applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of independent contractor relationship nuances.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a target base salary range of $100,400-$144,300, and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits, beginning on the first day of employment.
