Endoscopy Manager Leadership Role at a Top-Tier Healthcare Facility

Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional Endoscopy Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and driving operational excellence in our endoscopy department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving patient outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing clinical support to nursing staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve departmental objectives.
- Clinical Support: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical matters, including procedural education and training.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including physicians, administrators, and other departments, to facilitate effective communication and achieve shared goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Endoscopy setting, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certifications; PALS certification preferred.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
