About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mass General Brigham in Lynn, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of patient care, delivering high-quality, cost-effective care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Position

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week with every 3rd weekend and e/o holiday. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to provide seamless care coordination and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities and progress.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • At least one year of ED experience; ED experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to manage workload demands.
