We are a dynamic construction company seeking a skilled Exterior & Drywall Project Manager to lead our exterior finishes and interior drywall finishes projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate various teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures to adhere to budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise project teams, delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Communication: Provide regular progress updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Benefits and Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly recommended.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who meets our core values and standards.
