About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, working closely with our dentists and staff to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient treatment schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and staff to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of PPO insurance policies and practices.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software or similar systems.
