Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drug Testing Technician Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising client services, ensuring superior customer service, and mentoring and training staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise client services to ensure timely and accurate completion of drug testing and data collection.
- Mentor and train staff on policies and procedures, and provide developmental feedback to improve performance.
- Assist in the daily operation of the service location, including new client set-up, client check-in and verification, and administration of alcohol and drug testing.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, and identify trends and errors to target areas for training and development.
- Collaborate with operational management to resolve client issues and provide superior customer service.
- Supervise and maintain accountability for daily deposits, and ensure staff accountability for all payments received.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in community corrections or related field required.
- Six months of supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and apply problem-solving techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Plan, organize, and assign the work of others.
- Apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Work within a team structure.
- Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs, and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position.
