Speech Language Pathologist for Virtual School Settings

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic teletherapy team. As a virtual speech-language pathologist, you will have the opportunity to empower students by providing outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about student growth and development. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and assessing communication challenges, applying customized IEPs to meet individual needs.
- Delivering therapy services, monitoring student performance, and adjusting interventions as required.
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and staff to support students' communication development.
- Conducting screenings, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to team planning efforts.
- Providing student advocacy, training staff, and engaging in professional development activities.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or a related field.
- Idaho Teaching Certification is optional but desirable.
- An Idaho SLP license is required.
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification is essential.
This 1099 position offers guaranteed weekly hours, an hourly rate of $45-$50, and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Our company values flexibility and recognizes the importance of work-life balance.
