Job Summary

UNM Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual English/Spanish Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP), you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs for our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop clinical and non-clinical educational programs for HSC Operational Components
  • Ensure adherence to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and implement educational programs
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on various topics, including patient safety and quality improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of educational programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 3 years of direct experience in nursing education or a related field
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
  • Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
