Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to join our team at Acadia Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a safe and structured environment.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure timely documentation of patient information.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, and meal preparation.
  • Facilitate patient educational-rehabilitative groups and encourage achievement of treatment goals.
  • Engage patients in activities and interactions designed to promote positive behavior and coping skills.
  • Complete and maintain required documentation, including incident reports and patient records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months or more experience working with youth populations preferred.
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Able to work 11p-7a on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnights. We offer a positive and supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
