We are seeking a skilled Veteran Care Specialist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

You will be responsible for documenting exam findings required by the VA through the web portal. Please note that this position does not make disability determinations; instead, the United States Veterans Administration makes all decisions.

This role performs Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day, on average, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday (8am-4pm).

This is an IN-PERSON position, and you will NOT treat or prescribe medication in this capacity.

To excel in this role, you must have strong time management skills, be able to analyze data, and stay organized.

The ideal candidate will hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and be proficient in using a computer.
