Sales and Intake Specialist

Our Intake Specialist provides exceptional customer service to potential clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to representation. This role requires a unique blend of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our personal injury law firm.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrative duties related to customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support. You will work closely with our marketing department to identify potential campaigns and follow up with new client leads.
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. If you have previous sales experience and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Update CRM and CMS systems to track incoming calls, leads qualified, referral sources, and other key metrics
- Screen and qualify leads
- Provide clarity about what the lead can expect during representation
- Work closely with the marketing department to identify potential campaigns
- Follow up with new client leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a personal injury law firm setting is preferred but not required
- Inbound sales experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
- Customer service experience is required
- Must have the ability to show empathy to clients
