Merchandising Director

At Johnny's Markets, we're revolutionizing the convenience store experience. As our Merchandising Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our merchandise strategy to deliver exceptional results.

• You will own the assortment, purchasing, and pricing strategy for all merchandise categories to drive financial success.
• Collaborate with the Lead Merchandiser on planograms, store layouts, and implementation to maximize sales.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure branding standards are met in promotions and communications.

1. Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for the merchandise team.
2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term category plans with cross-functional teams.
3. Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports, including Price Book and Merchandise teams.
4. Participate in budgeting and oversee financial performance of merchandise sales.

• Competitive salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in merchandising or buying.
• Strong knowledge of convenience store merchandising.
• Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned work.
• Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
