About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Distribution Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery.

You will interpret sales orders, perform quality control assessments, and stack items safely and securely in the right packaging. At STIIIZY, we value versatility and adaptability, so while your primary focus will be on distribution, you may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow company picking/packing procedures and efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
  • Ensure order pick/count accuracy and meet specifications set forth by supervisors for all orders promptly.
  • Report any discrepancies or adjustments needed by supervisors.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.
  • Handle inventory with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
  • Operate various pieces of equipment, including pallet jacks and pallet wrappers.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Technical Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent command of the English language and well-developed understanding of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Candidate must be coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments is desired.
Requirements
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
Compensation and Benefits
