We are looking for a skilled professional who can oversee the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.

As an Operational Excellence Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF)
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards
  • Monitor and test controls and implement quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF
  • Evaluate data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and proficient computer/software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,100 - $103,900 based on location, experience, education, and skill set. We offer competitive benefits to support our teammates' physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
