KSI Auto Parts is a leading supplier of aftermarket collision parts, offering exceptional service and top-quality products nationwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to manage and grow sales within a specific region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information within the assigned territory.
- Develop and adhere to a comprehensive call plan to ensure all assigned customers receive necessary attention and engagement to drive sales growth.
- Gather and analyze information on key competitors to gain insights into market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas of opportunity for our products.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions for customers in the assigned territory.
- Travel up to five days per week within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or previous experience in outside sales preferred.
- Ability to travel for trade shows, meetings, and training as needed.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to think independently, and develop solutions to customer problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while operating within specific timelines.
Estimated Salary: $72,000 - $82,000 based on experience. Additional compensation includes an incentive plan and car and phone allowance.
