Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Server to join our team at Ocean Enterprise 589, LLC. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced opportunity where you will work closely with our culinary team to deliver flawless service excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner, operating our Point of Sale (POS) system, and ensuring accurate cash and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an engaging atmosphere that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Greet and serve guests promptly and efficiently, anticipating their needs to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Operate the POS system accurately and make sound financial decisions to minimize errors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior server experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule required to meet business demands.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being and career growth.
