Dental Hygienist Role at MRINetwork Jobs

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

As an Oral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine hygiene duties in a general dentistry setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scaling and root planning to maintain healthy teeth and gums
  • Providing FMDs (fluoride mouth treatments) as needed
  • Probing to assess gum health
  • Applying Arestin to prevent future dental issues
  • Taking digital x-rays to diagnose any underlying problems

Online charting is not required but is a plus if you have experience with it.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in general dentistry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
