About the Job

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This full-time position involves providing top-notch patient care services to individuals requiring medical treatment in a hospital setting. As an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients with critical and acute conditions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs, test results, and progress
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We require:

  • An Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state where you will be working
  • Experience working in an intensive care unit or similar setting
  • Able to wear lead aprons for extended periods and minimize radiation exposure
