Controls Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Technician to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for commissioning, programming, and servicing our advanced climate solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Commission and program our direct digital control systems
- Set up graphics, communications links, and perform end-to-end testing
- Document point-to-point verification, sequence of operations validation, and job close-out requirements
- Represent the company as the direct customer contact and service products and equipment on assigned projects
- Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand requirements for installation and repairs
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers
- A valid driver's license with no major traffic violations
- Previous experience with DDC controls systems preferred
- Must be able to safely operate a vehicle and wear safety equipment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to access rooftops and work at heights
