Speech-Language Pathologist Position Overview

Soliant, a distinguished healthcare staffing firm, is actively seeking skilled and devoted Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to become an integral part of our North Carolina team. This presents a thrilling opportunity to create a meaningful impact in the lives of those dealing with speech and language disorders.

We seek caring professionals with a fervent dedication to excellence and a deep passion for assisting others. Soliant has partnered with a school district near the Raleigh, NC area that has seven available positions/casaloads. Elementary, Middle, and High School positions are available as well as special education/Autism classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients with speech and language disorders
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions targeting speech and language goals
  • Monitor and meticulously document patient progress
  • Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
  • Engage and educate families in the therapy process

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina
  • Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
